Press ctrl, alt and any of the arrow keys at the same time to rotate the screen. If an arrow doesn't work, try a different one.
You will have to read the manual for that TV, the vertical rates supported do not depend on screen size it depends on the internal electronics.

if you read the manual, you find that the screen can be rotated by rotating two fingers on the screen in the direction you wish the screen to rotate. simple
