Depending on where you're son has taken the class he will have to wait for a specified amount of time before retaking the class. In some cases he can retake the class without the wait. It just depends on what the requirements are for the GED course that he is taking.

Can you pass 7Th grade if you fail an elective?

Passing 7th grade typically requires passing all core subjects. Failing an elective may impact your overall GPA but should not prevent you from moving on to the next grade as long as you pass your core subjects. It's best to check with your school's policies to understand specific requirements.

If you fail in history can you graduate for high school?

I believe you can graduate cause I hear of people failing history all the time, but I never failed history or graduated yet so I am not absolutely sure. I do know that failing to many classes will prevent you from moving on to the next grade or graduating. If you are faced with failing a class, then it is not to late to get your grade up a bit. I suggest you should get some help on your schoolwork. Friends and family can help. If they can't then maybe join a study group in your school or at your local library.

Will you pass 6th grade if you have an F in science on the last week of school please answer fast?

No. Science is a very important subject and failing in it would make impossible for you to get promoted to the next grade.

Can you skip a grade after failing a grade?

No. When you fail a grade that means you didn't learn what you needed so that also means you can't go on to the next. The only time in my 28 years of teaching I recommended a student move to the next grade was a boy who had repeated 3rd grade 3 times and was going to be 13 before he got out of my 5th grade. I suggested he move to 6th for the last half of the year, then to 7th at the start of the next year and finally to 8th. The parents didn't do this and by the time he was in 8th he had been expelled from the school. ONCE AGAIN someone who doesn't quite know what he's talking about in your situation. I JUST SKIPPED 10th grade after failing 9th, and I'm in 11th grade now.

Do you need to pass social studies in fourth grade?

if you fail the social studies CRCT teat in 4th grade they will look a the grade that you have in science or social studies and if you have an A in that class you'll still get to go to the next grade but f you don't have a good grade in that class you still might get to go to the next grade if the principal decides that you need to stay back in that grade or if you can go to the next grade. i hope this has helped.

Should you destroy homework?

Only if you want a failing grade. Once the homework is graded, you can destroy it, but some kids save it to study for the next test before they throw it out.

Why does homework help your next grade?

Doing homework helps you understand and consolidate the skills you have been taught in class and therefore prepares you for the next step in your learning.
