Uninstall Megaupload Toolbar, well, good for u, but u should have gotten some since it screwed your internet surfing. I don't know the details of that error, nor i know why does it appear from out of nowhere, but im 99% sure the cause is the Megaupload Toolbar. Good luck if u dont have that toolbar cuz the easy way of fixing it (uninstalling the toolbar) is not a choice anymore. Good night

In general, the Toolbar Configuration is the various tools (icons or shortcuts) that appear in the Toolbar. Specifically for a given software it depends on that software.
If you have already downloaded Google Toolbar and installed it on your web browser then you can activate and show it by going to either Add-ons (Firefox) or Manage Add-ons (IE), then selecting the Google Toolbar (note it is the add-on "toolbar" not anything else") and then clicking Enable. You will have to refresh your browser to enable the toolbar.
