If ur wireless router needs an upload disk then its not compatible with Xbox 360 and its for a computer. or u can just try and use the wireless router with out the disk but i doubt that will work.
If u don't mind having a huge cable around ur house go to best buy and buy their 50 foot Ethernet cable for $20.
Or if u stiil want a wireless adapter for cheaper either go to Best Buy or radio shack and ask them for a wireless adapter that's compatible with Xbox 360.
Or if u don't mind spending the 100 dollars go out to game stop and get the wireless adapter for Xbox 360.
I use a 50 foot cable and personally i think it works best.
hope this helps :D
Some devices (like the Nintendo DS) use wireless connection instead of wired for on-line usage, which means you need a wireless router. A laptop is an another example that often uses a wireless router to get on the internet instead of a wired connection.
well im sure your wireless router has ethernet ports in the back of it. and if it doesn't, you can purchase a wireless adapter
wireless modem is called that because it has a wirelss router built in. wireless router just a wireless router. if your cable is not wireless you can buy a wireless router or a cable modem with wireless router
if your modem has wireless caplebility, then a rounter is not needed
a wireless modem means it has a wireless router built in. A wireless router means just a wireless router. if your modem is not wireless, you will need just a wireless router
It is most definitely a wireless router.
it says it on the router
Only if your computer has a wired connection instead of wireless. If you are using wireless, the DSi can connect to your router, it has its own wireless capabilities inside it. If you are not using wireless, you can buy a Nintendo USB wi-fi adaptor which plugs into your computer and turns it into a wireless hotspot that the DSi can connect to.
Nowadays virtually any wireless router. When you get a router you usually have about 4 lan ports (switch) and wireless router in the same box.
No.
Your router WILL need to be wireless to connect wirelessly to your Xbox, but you can use an ethernet cable if your router is not wireless, straight from the router to the XBOX
