NC speeding ticket but live in MD 84 mph on a 70mph highway have to return to NC to appear on court don't have money to return or get a lawyer I was on the passing lane any suggestions?

Call the courts, see if you can mail in the fine. ---------------------------------------------------------- I dealt with a similar issue. Speeding ticket was "must appear" for 77 in a 55 (I know, terrible) in NC and I live in MD. I let it go and 2 years later MD suspended my license!
You probably received some letters from NC lawyers. Talk to them. What you can do is get a lawyer to appear in your place, and they may be able to get what they call a "prayer before judgement". Same as our "probation before judgement". Anyway, the lawyer I used cost $350 + court fees. Do it now, rather than waiting, as having it go so long greatly increased my costs. ----------------------------------------------------------
