The 12 organelles for an animal cell are:
These are the normal organelles for the cell specified. However, some plants (e.g. Venus Fly Traps, etc.) have lysosomes, and there are other exceptions as well.
These also get into more detail (e.g. smooth endoplasmic reticulum v.s. rough endoplasmic reticulum), but these are the basic organelles.
Only the items in bold are organelles.
The organelles in a cell are:
1. cell membrane
2. cell wall
3. nucleus
4. mitochondria
5. endoplasmic reticulum
6. ribosomes
7. Golgi bodies
8. chloroplasts
9. vacuoles
10. lysosmes
Your welcome!
In an animal cell, the organelles include: nucleus, mitochondria, ribosomes, the Golgi apparatus, the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, the rough endoplasmic reticulum, and lysosomes.
In a plant cell, they are nucleus, chloroplasts, ribosomes, Golgi apparatus, smooth/rough endoplasmic reticulum, and peroxisomes.
Here is a link to a nice diagram that lists all of them: http://evolution.berkeley.edu/evosite/lines/images/cells.gif
(1) nucleolus (2) nucleus (3) ribosome (4)vesicle (5) rough endoplasmic reticulum (6) Golgi apparatus (7)cytoskeleton (8) smooth endoplasmic reticulum (9) mitochondria (10)vacuole (11) cytosol (12) lysosome (13) centriole
In a typical eukariyotic cell, 1.Cell wall 2.Cell membrane 3.Cytoplasm 4.Flagella or Cilia 5.Nucleus 6.Mitochondria 7.Chloroplast 8.Ribosomes 9.Golgi bodies 10.Smooth ER 11.Rough ER 12.Cytoskeleton 13.Lysosomes 14.Vacuoles 15.Centrioles 16.Micro bodies

TRUE
It can depend on a number of things but a generic animal cell has: a nucleus, cytoplasm, organelles and a cellmembrane. On the surface of the membrane can be found proteins that act as receptors, pores, channels, carriers, enzymes, CAMS and self-markers.Inside there are the organelles: the endoplasmic reticulum (which can be a rough or a smooth type), ribosomes, the Golgi apparatus, mitochondria, lysosomes, peroxisomes, and centrosome. The nucleus contains the nucleolus and chromatin ( fibers of DNA and proteins). Some cells have cilia, flagellum, vesicles, microfilaments and microtubules.
12. Meiosis reduces the total number of chromosomes to half of what one started with. so it is 12 by cv princess
Body cells, like liver cells, are diploid. This means they have pairs of chromosomes. In this example the diploid number of chromosomes is 24. In sperm cells (or egg cells) the number of chromosomes is halved. This is described as the haploidnumber. In this example the haploid number would be 24/2 = 12. So the number of chromosomes in the sperm cells would be 12.
body cells of a grasshopper has 24 chromosomes and 12 chromosomes in the sex cells so as many body cell chromosomes you have you will have half that number of chromosomes in your sex cells.
Lysosomes do not contain cells, but cells can contain lysosomes. Lysosomes are organelles found inside cells with digestive enzymes in them. They can digest other orgenelles, or even viruses or bacteria. If their contents spills out it can damage the cells and surrounding tissue. It's thought to play a role in rheumatoid arthritis and other connective tissue diseases (J Clin Pathol Suppl (R Coll Pathol). 1978; 12: 105–116.)
12, because for the sex cells its half!
12 cells
A 12 volt automotive battery has six cells.
TRUE
There are 6 different types of white blood cells and they all have different sizes. They are measured by diameter in micrometres (or pm). Neutrophils are 10-12. Eosinophils are 10-12. Basophils are 12-15. Lymphocytes are 7-8. Monocytes are 14-17. And macrophage, which is found only in humans, is 21.
Yedidyah (sometimes spelled Jedidiah). The name is found in 2 Samuel 12:25.

CELL.The correct term is : LIGHTSWhite cells are sometimes called lights, and the shaded cells are sometimes called darks( From Wikipidia) 31/12 2010CELLS is still the correct answer. White CELLS are LIGHTS while black CELLS are DARKS.
12
A house fly has 12 chromosome in their body cells and half that number (6) in their sex cells.
24?
