Line to line voltage?

The conductors between a three-phase supply and a three-phase load are called line conductors not phase conductors, and the voltage measured between them are line voltages, not phase voltages. In the case of a delta supply, the line voltages are numerically equal to phase voltages, but the name remains the same!I have to admit that many people call line conductors 'phase conductors', but many people also say 'irregardless' -that doesn't make it a real word!!

How are voltages imported into installations through the supply neutral conductor?

A 'voltage' is another name for a potential difference. As the name implies, a potential difference exists between two different points or, in the case of an electrical installation, between the line conductor and the neutral conductor. So the neutral does not 'import voltages'. Voltages exist between the line (hot) conductor and the neutral conductor.

What is another word for computer ground?

chassis or case ground Another name for computer ground could also be zero, referring to computer electronic circuits using combinations of high and low voltages. Low voltages or absence of voltage (zero) is also referred to as ground.
