The child may be afraid of the dark or monsters in the closet or under the bed. This is not uncommon. Many children, up to a certain age, will sleep with a parent. If the child is past 5 or 6 years old, there may be an underlying problem. Speaking to your pediatrician would be advisable.
A child might want to sleep with their parents because they are scared of the dark or just feel more safe with them OR bad dreams/nightmare :) ~Hope I Helped... x ;D <33
Evergreen would be a nice name for a child either boy or girl, there is no reason why it cannot be used. It is up to a parent what they decide on for their child's name.
It can be requested that the child or a neutral party be named the payee of child support but will likely only be granted if it can be proven that there is a very good reason, such as the child does not actaully reside with the custodial parent, or the custodial parent is neglecting to pay for the child's care
Didn't you ever want to sleep with your parents? Didn't you feel better in their room? ASK YOURSELF.
No. What you suggest is not possible.
The custodial parent can submit a petition for a name change. The reason can be explained and a judge will consider the request. It can be. It depends if the parent wanted to name the child this.

Not at all. The child's last name does not grant more rights to one parent over the other with a different last name. It's just a name. The child doesn't even have to have either parent's last name.
