This sounds like a questionnaire. Find another site for that.
Arceus is a legendary Pokemon that first appeared in the fourth generation. It was known as the Original One and was said to have created the Sinnoh region, if no the entire Pokemon universe.
I know that there are 2 super rare ultra powerful Pokemon in the whole entire Pokemon world. Those Pokemon are Raquaza and Arceus, but what i know is that RAQUAZA is by far the most and i mean the most powerful ultra legendary in the entire Pokemon world.
Once a legendary Pokemon has fainted it won't come back until you restart your game. This is assuming that you are talking about wild Pokemon and the ones that only appear once in the entire game.
Definitely not. If the Pokemon is available, you can use it. Though, to a certain extent, the use of legendary Pokemon can be wrong. If you have an entire party of legendary Pokemon, then it is wrong, since legendary Pokemon are much stronger than any normal Pokemon you could find more than once in the wild or any starter Pokemon. Keeping only one or two legendary Pokemon keeps the game fair. Think of it this way - if you were to battle a friend, would it be an unfair battle because he/she doesn't have that legendary Pokemon? Exceptions to the use of legendary Pokemon include the in-game legendary Pokemon, such as Lugia and Ho-oh in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver (along with their respective Hoenn legendary Pokemon). Since these legendary Pokemon come standard, there isn't a reason not to use them. Pokemon such as Deoxys shouldn't be used, since Deoxys is more than extremely powerful and poses an unfair match for any other Pokemon, including some legendary Pokemon. In short, it is wise to keep only one legendary Pokemon that isn't from an event in battling others, but for the purpose of defeating the game, go ahead and use the legendary Pokemon. If Nintendo didn't want you to have such a powerful Pokemon, they wouldn't have created it.
Arceus is believed to be the creator of the legendary pokemons- Giratina, Palkia and Dialga and also of the entire Sinnoh region. Furthermore, it is speculated that Arceus is th creator of the entire pokemon world and all its pokemon. So Arceus should be as old as the Pokemon world which is many thousands of years...
Another name for the entire physical universe is cosmos. It is considered the universe as a unified whole in itself.
The universe.
There are only two Pokemon in the entire Pokemon series to share both the Water and Dragon type. They are Kingdra and Palkia. Kingdra is the third evolutionary form of Horsea, and Palkia is a legendary Pokemon found in Pokemon Pearl and Platinum.
Beat the Ark on Legendary to get the EoD pauldrons, Tsavo Highway on Legendary to get the Chestplate and the entire Campaign on Legendary to get the Helmet
Cosmos, in astronomy, the entire physical universe considered as a unified whole (from the Greek kosmos, meaning “order,” “harmony,” and “the world”). Generally speaking, we use the word universe to mean the entire physical universe; a synonym is cosmos.
There could be, in the terms of Arceus, the creator of Sinnoh, Ransei and possibly the entire Pokemon universe, and several other Legendaries. Other than that, I'm not sure; there may be some non-Legend Pokemon who cannot die.
