When you upgrade Windows it creates a folder called windows.old

update files are stored in windows software distribution folder. Name of the folder is downloads
Because there is already a folder with that name, it's called configurations, 'con' for short.
right click on the folder name in the folder tree

If you move the folder, it changes its path. Browse the folder by its name or seach the fodler with its name in the windows path. Try searching that path if you are unsure of the exact path.
