Arizona has four National Parks, Grand Canyon, Organ Pipe Cactus, Petrified Forest and Saguaro National Park. There are also six National Forests in the State and sixteen Arizona National Monuments including:

Hohokam Pima,
Montexuma Castle,
Navajo,
Organ Pipe Cactus,
Parashant,
Pipe Spring,
Rainbow Bridge,
Sunset Crater,
Volcano,

Walnut Canyon and
Wuptaki.
Add to that list the two Arizona National Recreational Areas of Glen Canyon and Lake Mead and the 29 Arizona State Parks and you willl understand why Arizona is a vacation state with special importance to the Nation, particularly when there are so many worthy museums and private attractions available for the tourist to enjoy.
