try Van Galder bus lines....
I was looking for this myself. I found two buses, but no trains: Bus direct to Midway: Bus to Chicago's Union Station, and then take the Orange El train to Midway (longer): See the related links.

We do have a greyhound stop in Rockford. I'm sure you could make your way here. Also if you get into Chicago there are a few different ways to get to Rockford.

Yes. It takes approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes by bus. Peoria Charter Coach operates daily buses from Peoria to O'Hare and Midway. (These are regular buses, not charter buses.) Burlington Trailways operates buses from the Peoria Airport to the Chicago Greyhound bus station.
There is a Greyhound Bus station at 5800 N Cumberland Ave, Chicago IL 60631. It is adjacent to the CTA Blue Line 'L' station. There is very little service there. A few of the Greyhound buses going between Chicago and Milwaukee stop there and one Burlington Trailways bus (in each direction) going between Chicago and Rockford and Iowa stops there.
Do you walk to work or carry a lunch, that's what we need to know.
Greyhound runs from Rockford to Springfield, but not directly into Bellville IL. Depending on the fare type purchased, a one-way ticket from Rockford to Springfield will cost approximately $56.95 - $76.00.
