You need to state "MADE by Who" there are over 100 different companies that make pellet rifles.
It would help if you stated the model number. Crosman made several pellet rifles for Sears. You need to provide more information.
It would help if you stated the condition of the rifle.
You do mean pellet rifle, not pellet gun. The Phantom is a rifle. First of all not all Wallmarts carry the same air rifles in every store let alone every state. But I can help you with this information. The Phantom is a .177 caliber rifle that is rated at 1000 Feet Per Second (FPS) I suggest looking for a rifle that has a higher FPS ie: 1200 FPS or a .22 caliber rifle that shoots close to 1000 FPS. A .22 at 800 FPS will be a bit slower but it is a bigger pellet and will have more knock-down power than a .177 pellet at 1000 FPS. Don't confuse Speed with Power. Think of it this way. If I shot a 1/4 piece of plywood with a .177 pellet, I would make a very nice dent in it. If I shot the same piece of wood with a .22 caliber Pellet at 900 fps I would most likely make a hole most of the way through it. Why Because the .22 is a much heaver pellet.
In order to give you an answer I need to know the weight of the pellet. See the link below for a calculator to help you.

First, if you are not a grownup, get the help of a grownup. This can hurt you if done incorrectly. OPEN the action, and place the weapon on SAFE. If it is CO2 rifle, remove the CO2 cartridge. Place the rifle in a support, such as a padded vise, with the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. Without putting your body in line with the barrel, insert a cleaning rod into the barrel until it touches the stuck pellet. GENTLY tap the rod with a plastic mallet until the pellet is pushed back to the breech (rear of barrel). Did you read the first sentence?
You will need a .177 cleaning rod or a very thin long wooden rod that you can purchase at a hardware store. Open the breech or loading port of the rifle and slide the rod down the barrel and force it back out through the loading breech. I have a large chest freezer in my garage and I've even put a rifle in it for several hours. Metal actually shrinks when it's frozen. This made it easier to slide the pellet out. Let the rifle thaw before you fire it again. I suggest you purchase Crosman Pellgun oil ($6) next time put a flat sponge in the bottom of your pellet tin and put a few drops of Pellgun oil in it, Don't over soak the pellets. This will help then slide down the barrel and will also increase your FPS (Feet Per Second) You will be able to tell by the sound the rifle makes. Do not use 3n1 oil or any other type of oil it will ruin the seals.
I believe this is a rifle not a gun. Go back and look again for the model number. I think you are giving the serial number and that doesn't help.
