Drop a fresh battery into it along with fresh fuel and start it up. Run it for a while until it's fully warmed up then shut it down and change the engine oil and filter. Check all fluids, inspect and air up the tires, check all belts and hoses and test all the exterior lighting then go for a test drive around the block.
