check the manual for the people that dont have the manual like myself it is located on the front rack underneth the plastic fenders. right where you would mount a winch. chances are if you have a winch on your bike you will have to take the winch off to be able to read it.

A winch post is where you mount either your manual, or electric winch. It also has the bow roller(s) or stop mounted there, and usually has the safety chains mounted to it. They can be adjusted fore and aft for weight redistribution.
Look in owners manual for specifics. To the rt of rear license plate is a 1" hole. You use the handle of your jack kit. Insert the handle rotate to left. it works like a winch. Repeat to raise.

That is a difficult syntax to answer. But the main way to increase leverage, or pulling power with a winch is the use of a block-and-tackle and luff. The more sheaves on the pulley the more pulling power. It's exponential. A two cable luff line has twice the power, but a 3-line luff has 6X the lifting power with the same amount of torque from drum.
