You can vacuum the keyboard and wipe down the rest of the laptop with a computer safe cleanser.
Considering that you had to ask this, I'm going to say that it's somewhere north of impossible.
silicone spray did well for me. but i don't know what the long term effect on my keyboard will be. this is a desktop keyboard. laptop keyboard is a very different thing. silicone spray does protect rubber, etc as well as lubricate and is not conductive of electricity. so far, its worked very well.
Each laptop allow to remove its keyboard, go through the manual how to, remove the keyboard. Usually each key can be removed too, make sure that you know how to... Remove each key and clean with clean water, dry it before installation. Clean the keyboard body with slightly wet tissue, dry before installation.
To clean keyboard keys, use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. For deeper cleaning, you can use compressed air to blow out debris between the keys. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive moisture, as they can damage the keyboard. Additionally, consider removing the keycaps (if possible) for a more thorough cleaning.
Turn off your computer (so you won't hurt anything). Then, run your rag over keyboard. Use rag to get in between cracks. You can also use Clorox bleach clothes to keep your keys and mouse clean and disinfected. Turn the Keyboard over and support it at an angle and pond on the back side. You will be amazed at what comes out. Department stores such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and K-Mart, sell air cans. They have a thin straw that you can attach to the nozzle to get out any dust that you may have in your keyboard. The can looks like an aerosol can.
Cleaning your laptop computer is an essential part of keeping the device running properly for years. Start by turning off the computer and removing the battery. Next, clean the exterior case with a damp cotton cloth. Rubbing alcohol may be used to remove tough substances. To clean the interior, use a dry cotton swab in between crevices and openings on the laptop's sides, bottom and back. Use a damp cloth on the keyboard.
Try using a vacuum cleaner on the lowest setting against your keyboard. You could also use a hair dryer to blow away the dust and debris with a room temperature setting on low speed. There are air cans made specifically for spraying into your keyboard (it's only air) to remove dust available at many office supply or electronics stores worldwide. The keys do come off your laptop keyboard; however, you must be extremely careful popping the keys off as a laptop keyboard is more delicate than a regular keyboard and the parts are much smaller. Firmly, but gently, use a flat-head screwdriver or other such object to pry the key from the keyboard with balanced pressure from both sides of the key. You may need to pop off another key on the keyboard to see exactly how the piece that latches the key to the keyboard is placed if you forget when you are ready to replace it. Again, gently, but firmly, press the key back onto the keyboard once you are done cleaning underneath of it until it snaps back onto the keyboard. I would not recommend doing this for the entire keyboard unless you have plenty of time and patience on your hands.
A great way to keep your keyboard key is to buy a mini usb vacuum. The vacuum plugs into the USB port of a laptop or computer and you simply vacuum the keyboard. This helps to rid crumbs, dust, and any other small objects stuck under your keys. To keep your keyboard looking glossy and clean, you could buy some keyboard wipes. These wipes are made of cloth and wetted with ethyl alcohol. They clean the keyboard of dust, bacteria, and germs.
