Get a manual on your car from the parts store. It will help on the next repair. They are about $18

What is the proper head bolt torque for a 89 toyota camry 2.2?
There is a special sequence to torque the bolts properly. I would suggest you check in either a factory service manual, a Chilton manual or a Haynes manual to get the proper sequence plus the pattern. There is no way to post the pattern here.
