There are many clear hints he had the soft spot for her, and it's stated by Naruto himself, when he tells Neji in episode 306, referring to Hinata: "So you do have a soft spot, Neji".
Neji also has confirmed crushes on Hinata both in "Road To Ninja" and "Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth".
There isn't any sign or hint about him and Tenten.

Maybe,but that wouldn't make sense when Tenten likes Neji,you never know,she might not even get together with anyone. no because lee likes sakura. They might. Theres been a lot of LeeTen evidence lately, and Lee seems to be over his crush on Sakura. However, the animators seem to prefer NejiTen. Personally, I dont understand it. The only NejiTen Ive ever seen in the series was in the filler arcs. (Or simple things like concern for her that was outrageously exaggerated.)

We can't say for sure. But in one Naruto episode, ten ten was watching lee train and she started blushing, but I don't think it was anything special. Some people support nejiten. (neji and ten ten) but Shippuden is still going on so we don't know.

Tenten likes Lee. In one episode of Naruto (not Naruto Shippuden), when Lee is training, TenTen and Gai sensei were there all together. Gai sensei was tired and lying down on the ground. But Tenten was sitting on a log with her hands on her cheeks and her elbows on her knees, looking at Lee with a look that says "I love you" and hearts in her eyes. It's pretty obviouse she like Lee. In the manga, which is what the show is based off of, she actually likes Lee. Nobody knows what Kishimoto has planned out or if there is a pairing with neji...Most I know say Tenten, since their on the same team and well If you watch Shippuden Episode 14 (for example) therer are huge hints for NejiTen...So I guess Tenten... If not romantically I think she loves him as a friend...neji likes tenten as a sister, yes he caught her episode 14 but that would be because she was to weak to get up. he showed no sign of embarrassment so he most likely doesnt like her like that, then tenten blushed but that was because she was embarrassed that she was weaker than them, remmember how she said her goal was to become a good ninja, well to everyone around she didnt look like a good ninja.Hinata loves him as a brother... Neji is implied to have romantic feelings for Hinata, though.
