Check to see that the relay is coming on first off. Touch the relay and have a helper turn the car on (not crank) You should feel the relay click. If it isn't clicking, then the relay is not coming on. If you want to check to make sure your pump isn't the problem, you can bypass the relay and try to start your car. Also make sure that you are getting spark. If you have spark but no fuel then your problem is a fuel delivery problem. There are alot of things to look into when it's a fuel problem. But start at the relay. That is what primes your fuel pump, then turns it on. Most likely if it's a new fuel pump, it isn't the problem, but it's always a possibility. An electrical problem could also be in the picture. And I;ve found that on my camaro, it is usually the problem.

No relay on this model. You may have a plugged fuel filter or a fuel pump that is getting weak.
Yes, try swapping relay with another, but if it still isn't getting fuel, a plugged fuel filter or a bad pump can be the cause.
