I got the Nintendo 3DS the day it came out in Ireland after having it pre-ordered for months. At the time it cost me just about €300. Now you can get one for under €200 and they are worth it as most of the new games are now 3d (can only be played on 3ds).
If you liked the DSI or DS Lite you will most likely enjoy playing this. Try one out in a game store to see if you like it before purchasing.
The 3d setting can give you a headache so I usually keep it on 2d.
