The first thing that you need to check is to make sure that the blower motor has power and ground and after that check the fuse and the control panel..............
If power is getting to blower: Check for ground Hot wire motor to see if it works--if not replace blower Check the thermal resistors in the blower/fan assembly. Better buy them at your Honda dealer. Its not that expensive.
Well, In the 2002, the blower motor resister is behind the glove copartment. You might want to check there.

On 03 silverados i belive the blower motor relay is internal to the blower motor resistor. i could be wrong though, check the underhood fuse/relay panel for one.
If you have no blower speeds at all check the fuse, then check the blower motor switch and electrical plug for a melt down situation, then check the blower motor itself.
check your fuse, check the wiring to the blower or the blower motor itself could be shot.
Check all the fuses and relays first. If they all appear to be in good working order, then you'll have to get to the blower motor. Could be a short or the motor could be bad.
