The blower is not working in my 2003 Honda Civic. The fuses are intact and power is getting to the blower. Any suggestions?

The most common problems are the blower motor switch goes bad (the switch that you select your fan speed with). The blower motor resistor often goes bad too (it is usually mounted very close to the blower motor itself). Rarely, the blower motor itself can go bad. This is the motor that turns the fan. It is just a basic 12 volt motor and can be tested by connecting it directly to a car battery. You should also check your fuses to make sure a fuse is not blown and you should make sure your wires going to the fan are still intact and are not cut or shorted out.
