The 2010 Honda Civic is not available in a wagon.
on my 93 impreza wagon, they are manual. located on top of the steering column. designed so the parking lights will not be left on mistakenly, causing battery drain. cup holder hides above radio

It's on the top of the steering column, just behind the steering wheel.
According to the Kelley Blue Book website, power steering came standard only in the Si Hatchback, LX Sedan, and 4WD Wagon. All other models (Hatchback, DX Hatchback, CRX HF Hatchback, CRX Hatchback, DX Sedan, Wagon, and Wagovan) had it as an option only. In my opinion, the 1989 civic does not need power steering. The tires are narrow, the car is light, and the steering wheel is big enough that the only reason you would want power steering is if your civic had been pimped out with fat tires.
They parked it in a parking lot.
Honda's wagonised new Civic Tourer concept has made its official debut in Geneva, previewing the coming production model. Revealed in leaked images earlier this week, the Civic Tourer builds on the styling of the existing Civic Hatch, adding an enlarged rear storage space, along with a unique D-pillar design and new tail-lights.

I have a '03 and there is an alarm if you leave tour lights on.
the coolant is low, or the radiator fan switch is not working
On my '96 Outback Wagon there's a rocker switch on top of the steering column, just forward of the steering wheel. It is marked with a "P" - if it is switched ON, a red color bar shows toward the driver. Try switching it to the other position, parking lights should be OFF. I think there's a separate switch because on the Outback, the lights controlled by the regular steering column switch go on and off with the ignition. I know of other cars that have a similar switch there for the hazard flashers, but on the Outback, it's the parking light switch. ;-)
