there will, no spark because of one of the following reason;
1 disconnected wire.
2 problem of fly wheel and coil.
3 no gap between ground electrode and terminal
spark plug is good but when its plug in to coil on spark
The best way is to use the spark plug socket out of the factory tool kit. If you do not have that use a normal 5/8" socket to loosen the spark plug. Use the spark plug wire to snap back on after the plug is loose and pull it out. The spark plug is at the very top of the engine, the spark plug wire is a real good indicator of its location.

remove spark plug from engine leave the wire connected and try to start it id the spark plug sparks your good
You pull the ruber boot off the top of the spark plug , take the plug out, put boot back on the plug, touch steel part of the plug to steel on motor,pull motor over while watching the gap on the plug if you see spark it should be ok if no spark do the same with a spark plug you know is good to make sure it is the plug. Hope this helps
If you have access to a spark tester, use it. Otherwise, remove the spark plug, reconnect it to the spark plug wire, and rest the tip or threads on a good engine ground, AWAY from the spark plug hole. Attempt to start it, and watch for spark. If none, replace the spark plug and try again. If still no spark, the magneto coil may be faulty.

A good spark plug will have a small amount of brown deposit, the gap will be very close to the specified gap for the engine and the ground and electrode will not be visibly worn.BUTA plug can still be faulty when it looks good

If you mean that the wire came out of the boot, then pull the boot off of the spark plug and use a spark plug socket to remove the spark plug.
A good lawn mower spark plug will have just a small amount of brown deposit. In addition, the gap will be very close.
