Dr Peter H. Gott developed this diet. There is a book titled No Sugar No Flour Diet byDr Gott. You are not allowed any sugar or white flour. This means no pasta, white bread, white rice or sugar. Artificial sweentner is allowed. Fruit, vegetables, beans,cheese, milk, and yogurt are allowed as well as nuts and seeds. This diet is a healthyway of eating and will take away cravings for junk food. I started on it a few days ago and I feel great. You will also lose weight.
