Hello, I have good news.. I am on chexsystem due to a bank error by wash mu, and just found a bank in sandiego that excepts us. U.S. Bank.. I am now at the balboa vons branch... awesome news.. spent all day on this.. as long as you do not have fraud, or anything major on your report, they will due it.. I think the max you can owe to a customer on chex is 1000 I owed 400 and it was no problem...
