The normal temperature ranges from 36.5 to 37.5 C. Above that range is considered a fever.Fever can be low or high. Above 40 is considered to be alarming and higher than that may lead to a febrile seizure. Give acetaminophen to reduce fever, drink lots of fluid, wear light clothes, dont cover and tepid sponge bath may also help to lower temperature.
For children under 2 years old, consult your pediatrician. For a 2 year old, rectally, a fever is considered "low-grade" until 104.1 degrees, Fahrenheit, or 102.1 degrees, Fahrenheit for more than 48 hours.
A normal temperature for a new born is about 37°C, till 37.5°C. However the temperature may vary for several months as
temperature regulation is in the process of stabilization. My son has had 37.6 - for about first 4-5 months, then 37.2°C till 9-10 months.
Like all other human beings, the normal temperature of a 2 year old is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.
98.6 in the normal temperature of the body. I would say any temperature over 100/101 might be cause for concern.
36.5-37.5
98.6
I don’t know
Yes the average temp is 98 but if it's higher then the kid has a fever!
that ain't a fever ur temp is 2 low
A 7-year-old would be considered to have a fever if his body temperature was above 100 degrees F.
isn't normal human body temp lik 96.7 or something? if so your baby is not having a fever rather he might be decreasing his internal body heat. a fever normally starts around 100.1 temp which is mild to a 107 which is serious. A average body temp is 98.6! Your 3 year old is just probalby a little cool ! take it a couple more times to make sure that just isn't her temp !
Yes because that high of a temp.
Yes, it is.
Yes. Any human whose body tempreature is greater than 98.6 faranhite is having a fever.
The age does not affect the level of heat to be considered a fever. Anything above 98 degrees is abnormal.
high temperature is always dangerous
is 98.7 a fever for an eight year old child
Well the natural human body heat for any person is 37o C. Any thing higher than that is considered a fever.
