Sony is run by a Japanese conglomerate, with international ownership, including a branch in Hollywood. The current president of Sony Entertainment USA is Michael Lynton. To our knowledge, Mr. Sharpton has no influence on which movies Sony releases, nor does he tell the board of directors which movie stars should (or should not) be hired.
