Ordinarily it is wrong for a girl to ask a guy out, but if you know he loves you and he is not coming to ask you out, you can as well take the lead. Simply, take him out on a date to maybe a restaurant for lunch (not dinner-it might infer that you keep late nights- or the beach-that might be too romantic) and tell him how you feel in-between the meal.
