Data redundancy
Data duplication occurs when the same data is stored in multiple locations or systems. This can lead to inconsistencies, errors, and challenges in maintaining data integrity. Employing data normalization techniques and centralized storage systems can help reduce data duplication.
Data redundancy
Data is not information. Data are the individual elements such as names, addresses, dates and so on. It is not just numbers. Information can be derived from data. So a list of ages is data. Information would be things like the average of those ages or the highest age. Dates of birth are data. Finding how many people out of the list were born in April is information.
Databases can store a wide range of information including customer details, product inventory, financial records, employee information, multimedia files, and much more. Essentially, any structured data that needs to be organized, managed, and retrieved efficiently can be stored in a database.
The internal level of a database represents how data is physically stored and organized within the database system. It deals with details such as data structures, storage methods, indexing techniques, and algorithms used for data retrieval and manipulation. Database management systems use the internal level to efficiently manage the storage and retrieval of data at a low level.
A data model is a collection of concepts that can be used to describe the structure of a database. Data models can be broadly distinguished into 3 main categories- 1)high-level or conceptual data models (based on entities & relationships) It provides concepts that are close to the way many users perceive data. 2)lowlevel or physical data models It provides concepts that describe the details of how data is stored in the computer. These concepts are meant for computer specialist, not for typical end users. 3)representational or implementation data models (record-based,object-oriented) It provide concepts that can be understood by end users. These hide some details of data storage but can be implemented on a computer system directly.
Data redundancy
Microsoft Access was not the first database, so there were many database programs before it that would have held data and there are many database programs now. Data is of course stored in paper form too.

You can choose how many you want. The standard settings have no decimal places or two decimal places.
Yes, it occurs in many places. Some examples are branching in trees and pine cones.
There are 14 Regiters in the computer where data is stored which is currently being process
up to 2 per side
The Decleration of Independence has been stored in many places over the years. It is currently stored in the National Archives in Washington, DC.
the data remain for ever unless and until it is deleted by someone...thts one of the advantage of servers
A data archive is information stored in other locations to be retrieved later. Data can be archieved in many formats and on many types of storage devices. FOr more information on file storage, visit Answers.com
A database is a storage of data in its most generic form. Data stored in a data might be used for data warehouse, CRM or many other types of data management uses. A simple database is used in many common computer applications from virus checkers, where data is stored about every known computer virus, to movie editing software where video clips are stored in a database as they are edited. A data warehouse describes a specific type of database application that is usually used for analytics. Data warehouse also implies some set of processes for the data within, as well as some business value from the analytics. A data warehouse could be a a collection of databases related to the analytical mission.
