According to Wikipedia, the Mayflower left England on 6 September 1620 with 102 passengers. 50 of them were "pilgrims" who would help establish Plymouth Colony. Also on board were two dogs. One baby was born during the voyage and one was born on board ship while it was docked in America but before the colony was founded.
