The oil filter is a cartaridge type filter and is found in a black dome like cannister at the lower mid front of the engine.This cannister is obviously identified by a large hex nut shape on top Approx 26mm socket needed.Just screw this off and the oil filter is simply changed
The fuel filter is on the top of the engine, below the aircleaner, and upper engine cover
The fuel filter is on the top of the engine, below the aircleaner, and upper engine cover.
The engine air filter is located inside the large black box on top off the engine.
It is on the front driver side, under the black screw cap.

A fuel filter
I believe it is in the same location as my 2008. located right below the alternator. you access it from the bottom by removing a plastic skid plate held on by three 10mm bolts.

According to the 2008 Ford F-250 diesel supplement : 15 quarts ( 14.2 liters ) with engine oil filter change on the 6.4 L diesel engine
