If the light goes out and you don't have any or enough fuel pressure then you need a new fuel pump or fuel filter and or both. also if you don't have enough fuel pressure you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator which is on the back of the engine. If you get the light to go off and it runs good then you have solved the problem. If the light goes out and it starts but does not run very well you should check the fuel pressure. Hope this helps.
