Don't just sit there waiting - make a move, if he doesn't like you in the same way then at least he knows how you feel so then he can maybe get back to you on that question. Don't just like him because he's hot and cute find out more about him fall in love with his personality not just his looks. Make sure you know him well and your not clueless about him otherwise its kinda awkward and you have to star from scratch, finding out all his hobbies and interest's
I from a girls point of view think you should just that. Maybe ask a boy about it too.
