If u go on a server without the little speech bubble next to it down the bottom there is like a light blue collum if u click on it your cursor will come up on it and u can type in what u want to say then press enter. But note that when u type some things and press enter u can see it on your screen but all the other penguins cant see it on their screens.

∙ 14y agoWhen you make your account, you choose either Safe Chat or Ultra Safe Chat. This chooses if you use the word menu only, or type your own messages.
On play.clubpenguin.com, log in and select a server. Once in Club Penguin, you will see a blue bar on the bottom of your screen. You can type text, (only Safe Chat) check your buddies, and use the Word Menu, (Ultra Safe Chat and Safe Chat.)
