A western saddle and bridle. andalina
Atlantes saddle on howrse is a saddle you can buy with passes ($3 AUD for one) and it will never wear out. Once you have put it on a horse, you cant take it off. Tinybry! It improves speed and stamina (+9) and never wears out so you don't have to pay for tack (though you will still need to buy a bridle and horseshoes if not using Athena's Bridle and Hephaestus' Horseshoes).
One. As long as your horse is three years old, and has horseshoes, a saddle, and a bridle, it can compete in competitions
to go horseback riding you will need a saddle, saddle pad, bridle, and a helmet to be safe. (:

This depends on what type of riding you do and how often. You'll need a set of tack which should include a saddle and it's fittings (Leathers, Irons, Girth.) A saddle pad, a bridle with reins and a bit. Then you'll need somewhere to ride the horse. For the rider you'll need heeled riding boots, jeans or long pants, a certified helmet and possibly gloves to prevent blisters.
You need a poseidons horseshoe, bridle, saddle and scale. You can buy them all in one pack for 3 passes
Tack *An English saddle *A bridle *A saddle pad For You *A helmet *Riding Boots(with a small heel) *pants You will also need balance and good posture
You first need to either buy a saddle, bridle and horseshoes from Ms Hubert's shop, or you need your horse in an EC with tack supplied. Then you look to the bottom right hand side of your howrse's page under the equipment tab and choose the tack you want to use from the drop down menus.
On howrse.com you dont need any tack unless you are competing, and it depends what you want to excel in, if you want to do western, get western tack. In real life it all depends on what you are working in. If you are doing any western related work you need a western saddle and bridle, and you could have a breast collar and/or a back cinch. If you are doing any type of English riding you need an English saddle and bridle plus horseshoes. If you are training a horse you use western tack and an additional piece called a "Bucking Roll" which helps you stay on if your horse decides to buck.
