Diamond: Dialgla: After you beat Cyrus and releas Mesprite, Uxie, and Azelf, you got to go to Mt. Coronet and reach the top. You beat two grunts and then challenged by Jupiter and Mars. Luckily, you friend comes to help. WARNING! His Munchlax is not very useful! After beating them... you get challenged by Cyrus. Beat him and you encounter dialgla. Pearl is the same for Palkia. And i also think for Girantina.
Mesprite: Go to the Twinleaf lake. Surf to the cave and go inside. (You must have caught Palkia, Dialgla, or Girantina or at least killed them to encounter these legendaries) Mesprite will be there. Go up and talk. She will leave. Rowan comes and talks to you. Mesprite now roams the Sinnoh. So wherever she goes you try to meet up with her.
Azelf: Go to lake Valor. Surf to the cave. She will be in there. She will not leave.
Uxie: Go to lake Acuity: Surf to the cave. She will be there. She will not leave.
