In treasure town next to the kecleon shop will be mr.mime who who ask you to go to blizzard island to rescue scizor.Once you complete blizzard island you have to go to crevice cave and at the end of crevice cave is scizor , but hes frozen solid so you have to battle froslass to save scizor.You take scizor back to treasure town and you become the secret rank so now you can accept special missions.Froslass is an ice type so I recommend fire.
