no but i know a way to get him on action replay first you go to the route behind the eliete 4(route 224) then save and turn on the cheat to walk any where then walk through the stone to on the water when you get on an island you will see a Pokemon that is illusion shaymin(don't touch that) look around you should see another Pokemon that is the real shaymin you can battle him at level 40 i think
