On Rune Mysteries in if you lose your talisman could you get it back?

No, you can't. But you can go to the Grand Exchange (located in Varrock) and buy another air talisman for a cheap price.

Started from 3rd step (Talking to Sedridor)You speak with Sedridor and you give him the talisman. He will then hand you some notes, you can then take them to Abury (The rune Verrok shop owner).Then give Aubury the package. He will take down some notes.After that take the notes back down to Sedridor. From there he will tell you to make your own Runes.

First of all, you misspelled "quest". And what do you mean by "where is"? For most people, they wouldn't know how to answer your question. Here is a guide, as I have over 220 quest points: Start:Go to the wizards castle. Next:Go to the bottom floor (basement) Start the actual quest:Talk to the wizard in the room nearest the ladder, and help him figure out what the air talisman is. Go visit Varrock:Go to Varrock, teleporting or just walking. go visit the Varrock Rune Shop: Go to the rune shop, use your map for help. A rune shop is a red fire inside a circle on the map. Talk to the guy:Talk to him, and he will give you some information. Return to the starting point:Do the first 2 instructions, then talk to the wizard and give him the notes. Man, this takes alot of running:Go back the the varrock rune shop, and talk to the man. He will be surprised. Do his instructions. CONGRATULATIONS: QUEST COMPLETE! REWARDS: You can now mine Rune Essence. 1 Quest Point

What runes did Clary create?
Clary created the Necromancy Rune to bring back Valentine. She also created the Sun Rune which is when she managed to summon the Angel and show to the Iron sisters (it's the circl shape on her hand); Portal Rune too - pretty self explanatory; she can make portals like the warlocks. She created the Deactivation Rune which she used on the soul sword to block it's power. Now I'm not sure if she created these runes but; the Unlock Rune and The Allied Rune are the last two. I don't remember much about the Unlock Rune but the Allied Rune is when she binds all her friends together so they can travel to Edom to retrieve Magnus. Hope this was helpful!
How do you get the rune when you finish dragonslayer?
You may get rune armour by going back to Oziach after killing the dragon. He will say that you succeeded and you will finish the quest. You may then buy a rune platebody (or green dragonhide body) from him. You may also buy rune armour from the other players or the Grand Exchange.
