Sometimes guns and supplies are locked. You must go to your Service Records and go to Medals. Go to the medals that are not obtained yet. Read the description and it tells you what you must do to acquire that item/weapon.
It's me who posted the question improving the answer LMFAO.
ok so they released a patch a couple of weeks ago and it lets you have all the guns execpt for the MM1. Darn. just download the patch then you have the guns plus you kinda need the patch to play they also fixed some glitches

How do you play socom fireteam bravo online for the psp?
For Fireteam Bravo 2, select infrastructure and create your own account for the Online Play. Then, after you've created your account, in the main lobby, there will be a square button at the bottom right corner of the screen with 2 words beside it-FAST LOGIN. Selecting that will automatically log you on to Online. You must have internet connection for your PSP. To get internet connection, find the connection name for your computer, and find the KEY code, SSID code, and the connection name. After you have set up your internet connection, you must be close to your PC and you can access internet on your PSP. Cool, eh?

Walk up a bit and wait for a guard to walk past you. You should pick up a headshot, then have Lonestar place his satchel when you get the prompt. Take a left down to where point CHARLIE is, shoot the guard right ahead of you, and take out the two guards downstairs. Look towards the lower left corner and have Lonestar disable the generator. Walk ahead to the next section and take out the hostiles inside as quickly as possible. Run towards the set of rocks and rubble on the other side of the room - you'll see the demo crew, dead on the floor. No worries as their death before you get there is part of this mission.

it is the final level of socom 1. the mission is to neutralize to "sadikahu" leaders. even though this level is quite hard, it can be completed without even firing a single shot. you can run right through the level and rifle butt the leaders in just under 2 minutes.
