Replace the entire system with a more efficient one. Current EPA guidelines call for a 13 SEER system. Cost will be approx 6500-8500 depending on geographical location, size of system, and current copper size. Disagree. The evap coil may need replacement. I don't know any AC mechs that repair them but if the leak can be found it is not a large problem. 5-6 hundred dollars either way. For the price quoted aove I think you can get a 16-18 seer replacement unit.
Copper
40-45 depending on load
Usually a package HVAC or Package unit is one large unit that has the evaporator and condenser in the same location unlike a typical system where the evaporator and condenser are located in separate locations. Package units are usually used for commercial building and placed on rooftops.

That would depend on a few things the type of cooling system and type of processor. Typical rpms of cooling systems can range from around 1300 rpm to 4500 rpm
A radiator is a part of a typical cooling system that transfers heat away from the engine.
in a typical residential split system, the condenser fan is cooling the compressor so i wouldn't expect the same useful life from the compressor if it were not being cooled. you could set up its own fan i suppose. you can separate the evaporator and condenser about 25' (50' total line circuit) off the shelf. farther than that, the manufacturer usually has a larger line set (diameters) to keep the same performance rating. you also get into oil drainback issues, i.e. you have to pay attention in sloping the lineset to drain oil back to the compressor.
for diesel: break power=34% cooling system=30% exhaust=26% surrounding=10% for diesel: break power=34% cooling system=30% exhaust=26% surrounding=10%
Depends on where you live. One suggestion is to replace all belts and coolant hoses at this time. You also want to have the cooling system flushed and fresh coolant added. The system will have to be drained and refilled when replacing a pump and doing all the other repairs at this time will save you money down the road. They need replacing anyway unless it has been done before.
Need to know what to hot is. A typical cooling system will run at 200 degrees F (+ or - 5 degrees). This is normal.
The HEPA filters cost considerably more.Around fifteen dollars is typical
