is your fob by chance for the car's security system as well. Mine has three buttons: Silent arm/disarm, chirp arm/disarm, and option. If your fob is anything like mine, the option button is for another car with the same system that you can control with the same remote. With mine to control the second car you have to hold down the option button and press arm or disarm. "How Useful!" This is likely what yours is for too- hope that helps

Look at your control options, the default is left mouse button, or like the 7 button on your Joypad, you can change it in your control options.
