If none of them are working then you could have a master switch or relay defective.
Power windows are protected by a circuit breaker. So you would have to have a bad relay ,the master switch is defective or you have a broken wire where the door opens.
It sounds as if you have either a power or ground problem at the motor.
It would be to your advantage to have the system power flushed. That does not require replacing the filter.BG Products has an excellant product.
That would depend on which model year of Chevrolet Malibu ( both rear wheel drive and front wheel drive versions have been made )

The model year would help. Chevrolet has been building the Malibu from 1964 to 1983 and then again from 1997 to present.
check all the fuses some times they are labled wrong
If it was ordered with power steering it would have it.
It would be to your advantage to buy a Haynes Manual as there is plenty of information that would be very helpful.
Check for power and ground to the sending unit . If you have that then ground the sending unit and see if it works.If the gauge works then the sending unit is defective.
That would depend on the year and engine size. If you do not see a distributor then it is distributorless ignition.
