I would look at the fuel system next. It takes two thing to make a car run, fuel and spark.
Obviously- the spark plugs were not the issue :)
It should try to start at least. It may or may not actually start but you should hear it fire on the 2 good plugs. Why not just replace all 4 spark plugs?
your engine will start but run badly on a multi cyl. ie. more than one only 1 plug may be down, not often more than 1 together
I'm just now learning about spark plugs, but I read that the ignition system may not recognize the voltage used in the iridium plugs. They require less voltage than platinum to start the engine. The iridiums have a smaller tip, requiring less voltage. The ignition system just doesn't recognize the voltage probably.
Well lets see, if the spark plugs are wet that means there is gas getting there. But, on other hand there could be something wrong with your spark plugs. Meaning..... there is a electrical problem or your spark plugs are shot and you need to get new ones. Hope this helps.
no spark to plugs
could be a number of things, start by checking the spark plugs and work your way back
You should replace the spark plugs when your car won't start first time but does eventually.

yes it does, every car has spark plugs or it wouldn't start.
My 93 camry has no power from the distributor to the spark plugs. The car unable to start.
No. There are not "spark plugs" on turbofan engines. There are ignitors, which help to ignite the fuel during start, but unlike spark plugs, ignitors do not run constantly.
sounds like you have stripped the threads, if so you need a " heli coil " thread repair..and follow directions. those threads will need to be repaired or retapped, and always start the threads on your spark plugs by hand and not with a wrench.
To remove the stuck spark plugs, you can break them loose and then start to get them tighter as you rotate them out. The ratchet wrench can also be used to remove the stuck spark plugs.
Check/replace Rotor Check for spark at plugs

Check your battery and alternator.
