On a 91 Chevy S10 blazer is there anything that can be used as a replacement for the location where the ac pulley is considering the one it came with has completely frozen up?

I would take the AC pulley off completely and replace the belt with one for a blazer that doesn't have AC.
It's called a bypass pulley that you need to run your belt hun!
it will run your truck, but will not affect your defrost or heat. you will not have a/c until you replace that air compressor!
hope this helps, oh and the bypass pulley is only around 45 bucks!
All I need to figure out what to do is the a/c lines and how that works!

If you go somewhere else to build, you get the face value, not the replacement value. You also have the issue of cleaning the debris from your lot if you move on. Your insurance isn't going to cover that unless there is a rider. Then you should still own that lot and be able to sell it on your own, but don't assume anything.
