It depends on where in California you are referring to. California is a very large state and Northern California beaches are much colder than Southern California ones. Florida beaches are famous for being great beaches, but for me I would rather go to a Southern California beach.
It would take about five hours to drive from Las Vegas, Nevada to Venice Beach, California.
There are many many choices. I would say the beach would be on the top of the list.
Obviously, many would say "THE BEACH!!", gokarting, swimming, water fights, beach volley ball.
About 78 I would say. About the same as Virginia Beach.
It would be 1.0 ATM because it is at sea level.
It would take about 6 hours to drive from San Jose, California to Long Beach, California. There is approximately 365 miles between the two locations.
Malibu because it is near the beach
There is a few good campsites in San Elijo state beach. The most popular beach would be California State Park.
because a grove absorbs heat quicker than the beach, plus the water cools the sand at the beach.
California
The video for "Summer Nights" was filmed on the California coast at the Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area, also known as Pismo Beach. The ODSVRA is the last beach in California that is open to vehicles. It has been the subject of a long-standing battle between the Sierra Club, who would like to see the beach closed, and the Friends of Oceano Dunes, who believe that the ODSVRA should stay open to the public for all activities.
