I take it you mean the N. Trance boss right? Well for the first phase you need to Dodge his jumps until he launches his hand-watch thing (it gets stuck in the ground) and jump on his head! He'll fly up eventually and you'll be in phase 2. In phase 2 lure him (or push him via spin attack) under Fake Crash and he'll take damage. He has 6 hits in total (3 per phase). Once you get all 6, he's been defeated!
