Times New Roman 12 is the default style font for Microsoft Word. You can set your own default if you do not like it. But, if you submit to publishers most use that font style. Academics often require that too.Normal Style
Ask them directly. Most pages have their font families set by the CSS. If it is a font that is on your computer, then that will be used. If not, the second choice of the listed font families will be used. Continues in order of precedence until either a listed CSS font family or your browser's default font is used.

It depends on the operating system, the browser, and the version of the browser. There is no standardized default, and it's changed overtime. Most modern browsers use a sans-serif, but they used to prefer a serif font. Because of the proliferation of browsers and OSes, there's no reliable answer beyond this.
Dragonese font is typically not a standard font available on most computers. It is a fictional language used in the "How to Train Your Dragon" series, and any representation of Dragonese in written form may use a custom font created specifically for the franchise.
There's just one English alphabet (it starts with A and ends with Z), but if by "alphabet" you mean "style of font", then the most common English styles of font are serif, sans serif, and cursive, in that order. Almost all Mac and Windows computers will have Courier installed on them. Courier is considered a safe web font because it is so universal and can be downloaded for free.
You can rename it to A, B, or C. C: is just default, it will let you pick when you set up your OS.
Most renderings will make it about 10 pixels. No way to tell reliably since it can be changed in the default stylesheet of modern browsers.
