On my 1996 Sebring Convertible the Odometer does not work when it starts it seems to start working when you are going updown hill how can I fix this Thanks in advance?

Most likely the cluster itself is bad and will need replaced.

Our odometer/tripmeter also just stopped working at 220,000 miles. This is an integral part of the speedometer assembly, and cannot be repaired. The entire speedometer must be replaced.

There is not an odometer cable. The odometer is driven by the speedometer. If the odometer is not working then you will have to replace the speedometer head.
